Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Free shipping on orders $200 and over.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on charcuterie boards and handcrafted products within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at andrea@thatgrazingtable.com with your order number and photos of the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Food Items

Due to the nature of food products (jams, butters, and other perishables), we do not accept returns on food items. If a food item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items returned after 14 days of purchase
  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
  • Opened or used food items (jams, butters, and other perishables)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at andrea@thatgrazingtable.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will make it right.
