Return & Refund Policy

At That Grazing Table, we take great care in crafting and packaging every order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Charcuterie Boards & Handcrafted Products

We accept returns on charcuterie boards and handcrafted products within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at andrea@thatgrazingtable.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping depends on the resolution you choose. If you would like an exchange or store credit, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, we will provide a prepaid return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refund total. All refunds and store credit are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Food Products & Perishables

Due to the nature of food items (jams, butters, and other perishables), we do not accept returns on food products. If your food item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items returned after 14 days of purchase
  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
  • Opened or used food items (jams, butters, and other perishables)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@thatgrazingtable.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
