Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Time

We ship within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after your order leaves our facility. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the size and destination of your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Perishable & Food Items

All food items (jams, butters) are packaged carefully to ensure freshness during transit. 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@thatgrazingtable.com with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier and make it right for you.
